Can't get it installed. AON suggested this app. When I get to company name the UPS comes up but not the rest of the title. I tried filling in the username and password first. I tried uninstalling and rebooting the phone SEVERAL TIMES. Nothing works. POS

I love this app for getting reimbursements from our company. However, still getting error message that user name or password was wrong in the app, but not online & they never fix it.
Once again unable to log on this app going on 3 weeks. It states user name and password incorrect. I have put a ticket in to app.manager and received email today 3-18-22 stating issue resolved..Went to log on today I got error message again. HELP. How do we unload and reload our logon info?
Everything I send over this APP on my Android S20 cannot be read. They told me all Android users are experiencing this issue. Comes over and can't be read. Used it for years with no problems till 2022.
The login process is the easiest part, and they failed at that. Many companies use a login portal, and this appears to not support that. I'd also rate their website 1 star, since they wouldn't let me upload a receipt until I renamed it from the native PXL_ format because underscores are too complicated to process?
Has a bit of a learning curve but Once you get there..it works as it should.
All claims made in the App are rejected due to illegible scans of bills by the app. Completely useless.
CAN'T LOGIN!! I'm using an Android phone and it keeps giving an error message stating I'm using the wrong login!! I'M NOT USING THE WRONG LOGIN INFORMATION!! Fix the app or remove it! How many people does it take to give one star!
Has no way to reset your password. It will redirect you to a disabled benefits site. I am better off using the link in Workday.
